We have been in business since 1998 in Ohio and have been open in New Orleans since 2006!
What is your primary product or service?
“Our Homes are Wired for the 21st Century” S.M.I.L.E. of New Orleans is a “One-Stop-Shop” for all of your home technology needs. Including: Structured Wiring Security Systems Whole House Audio/Video Surround Sound / Home Theater Phone/Intercom Systems Central Vacuum Home Automation
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Who doesn't love home technology? Whether it is making your life easy or enjoyable, you have to be interested in it.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Every builder we have ever worked with already had someone. Yet in 3 cities we are currently working with 100s of builders. There is a good reason for it. We offer so much more than electricians, security companies, and A/V retail stores. Our company was founded to cater to the New Construction industry and to handle all aspects of home technology. We are not electricians who daisy-chain Cat-5e and who do not use Structured wiring panels. We are not security guys who think we know home theater. And we are not retail guys who think we understand construction. We are a technology company that will properly wire your home, provide the latest and greatest in all aspects of home technology, and we understand the stresses and demands of the construction process!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have an office in Notheast Ohio and New Orleans
Which areas do you service?
We service the entire Greater New Orleans area from Baton Rouge to Mississippi!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
