What is your primary product or service?
Service and Sale of Lanier and Ricoh office equipment
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had the opportunity to become the first Ricoh dealer in Louisiana back in 1981.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe that we have the most tenured experienced Sales and Technical personnel in the New Orleans area. Most of our people have been with us over 20 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Kenner, LA and no plans for expansion at this time.

We are located in Kenner just off the Loyola intersection of I-10
What type of payments do you accept?
Master Card and Visa for supplies and service
Which areas do you service?
New Orleans Metro area as well as the surounding parishes.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Jim Kenny is the owner and majority stock holder, Michael Kenny owns a minority stock position in the company as well as working as Director of Marketing and Technology
What are your hours of operation?
8:15 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
