How long have you been in business?
Caire started as a very small restaurant and kitchen supplies 21 years ago for a few high profile customers. we have since grown to occupy 33,000 square feet of warehouse space plus cash and carry store.
What is your primary product or service?
we have in stock, stainless steel sinks, bar and under counter sinks, plates, platters, coffee cup and saucers. stock and sauce pots, all stainless steel cookware. refrigerator and freezers. back bar coolers, dishwashers, cocktail picks, bamboo picks, paper, plastic plates and bowls. cocktail and dinner napkins. chairs and stools tables wood and stainless steel
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
my family started the restaurant supply industry in 1875 and I started in the warehouse in 1972.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Caire has same day delivers and we have a large inventory of food equipment and supplies for immediate needs
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Caire only has one location

we service the hotel, restaurant, schools. contract feeders, offshore catering, prisons, and anywhere commercial food service equipment and supplies are needed

Peter and Kim Caire own and run the daily operations
What are your hours of operation?
we are open 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and 9 to 1 Saturday. closed Sunday
